This video explains how to create and layout such a website, how to add different pages, and configure the portlets for each page (e.g. one page with a map viewer, another one with background information, wikis, forums, and more). Screencast: Semantic Annotation of a Web service
The semantic annotation links the Spatial Data Services (in this case an OGC Web Feature Service) with the ontologies. The Semantic Annotation page, part of the ENVISION Portal, consists of the Query Portlet, Status Portlet, and Controls Portlet.

Screencast: Web service composition
The environmental models are linked to Spatial Data Services through Web service compositions. This video demonstrates how the embedded Oryx-Editor is used to couple an OGC Web Feature Services and an OGC Sensor Observation Service with an OGC Web Processing Service, and how the resulting composition is exported to BPEL.
